Child Health Issues

Hi my daughter is 8 year old and she has 103 temperature since day before night and severe cough has started since yesterday. Gave her p500. Fever is subsided and again came back. Gave relent and asthalin syrup for cold. I wanted to take her to doctor on same day but my husband wanted to see for 2 days and take her to doctor. Her heart beat is 135-140 while sleeping and temperature is about 101.3. Is it normal to have high heart rate while sleeping when kid with high temperature?? Today is Sunday no doctor is available in the city clinics. Kindly suggest.

My son is having dry cough since two days and it's getting worse. Giving him general otc cough syrup but no help. Since morning his nose is runny too. We are in Delhi ncr so the air quality here is poor..

Hi sir ,we visited ENT specialist for my 3.5 old for adenoids infection ,he suggested attached prescription we are using it from Thursday ,but from yesterday evening he started vomiting ,yesterday 3 times and since morning he vomited once …no other symptoms are seen.can you please let us know ,what could be the reason and what to do now.

My baby boy age is 10days old.he just roll over today.is there any problem associated with that.he is not crying when he rolled over.

Hi Doctor, My 2 months old daughter suddenly stiffen her body, Open her arms wide, full red face which looks scary and screams and cry. It last for some 3-4 seconds.. once I hold her she becomes normal after little crying. This happened for the second time today from last 2 weeks. Last time it happened during the night. I was playing with her and this happened suddenly. We get scared by seeing this. This doesn't look like normal Moro reflex. What might be the reason..? Is this serious ? Is it some seizures? My daughter 4.5 years old. 20 kg weight having cold and cough since 10 days. Already giving maxtra syrup 5ml twice daily. And syrup soventus junior 5ml twice daily. And montair lc kids syrup 5ml in night. But no relief. Please suggest some treatment

My 7-year-old daughter experiences mild itching on her back for about 5 minutes after taking a bath. However, she does not feel itchy throughout the rest of the day. During her bath, she occasionally uses soap or applies mustard or coconut oil to her body. After the bath, she applies body lotion. Despite these practices, the itching occurs consistently post-bath. Could you please advise on the possible causes and suggest any remedies?
