Child Health Issues

Baby is waking up at night because of nose congestion. No issues during daytime. Even saline drop is not helping as he cries a lot when we use it. We make him wear warm clothes and keep fan at minimal speed. What can be done to help him with this?

Baby boy is 30 days old.. he doesn't sleep and keeps crying.. he stops crying and sleeps only when he is breastfed.. when unlatched from his mom feeding, he wakes and starts again to cry. Pls suggest what to do.

I am 7 months pregnant..I have a pet cat.she is completely vaccinated. As I m pregnant she is staying at my in laws...But after my delivery can I keep her separately in a room ? But my husband clean her litter box wearing gloves n keep it clean everyday...I want to ask does my baby catch any disease from my cat?

Dear doctor , my daughter is 8 years old and has been suffering fever for last 12 days, particularly in NIGHTS. On day 1, we took her to physician and he gave paracitamol, and citrigen for 4 days. We used the same, but still the fever was not gone and continued the night temperatures. On day 5 we took her to Paediatrician and he  told that not to worry, sometimes the viral fever may continue for 1 week. On day 8 there was still temperature is above 100 and we took her again. Then the doctor send her blood samples for CBC, Malaria and Dengue. The reports were negative. All the values are normal. We came back to home and on the day 10 it was still around 99 temparature. this time We changed the  the paediatrician .  After this all narration the new paediatrician changed the medicine and advised to use the same medicine for 4 days. Today is 2nd day. But still the temparature is almost 98 around specially in Nights only. Day times the temperature was normal. Pls tell us what to do

My baby got hurt on her forehead 2 times in the same place and did vomiting and the place is swollen is this a serious thing kindly let me know.
