My 9 year old daughter is having dandruff and itching in scalp . kindly suggest how to get rid of itching and dandruff problem in scalp.

My son is 10.5 years old with a height of 150cm and weight of 45kg. Is he overweight? U am really concerned about his health. He used to play basketball which is stopped from past 6 months, he is going to start it very soon. Apart from this physical activity is very low and he is a foodie however I am going to control his diet now if you suggest. Thanks
