Child Health Issues

My daughter is approx 13 months and she doesnot stands or pull up on her own. Though she enjoys and stands in baby walker. Sometimes she stands for a minute with supporting her waist. She sits properly and can pull herself up to sitting position from lying down. Talks and says words like mummy papa tata baba.

My daughter is 2 years 8 months old , from last 1 week her urine count is decreased drastically. She urinates max 3 times or someday 2 times only. Other than that everything else is fine . She has good appetite and her water intake is also around 800 ml in a day . She has no discomfort. Is there a concern for the reduced urine count. Below change happened in last few weeks 1) stopped breastfeeding so after that also her urine count is decreased 2) her appetite is increased, she asks for food in every 2 - 3 hours 3) urine count is decreased, max 3 times 4) her sweet craving is increased too much Please let me know if there is any health concern

My baby is 24months old (35weeks preterm) his front fontale not yet closed..when his teeth eruption was delayed when he is one year old we checked his vitamin D3 TSH and calcium levels and it all turened normal..and in 13th month his teeth erupted ..now when he is 24months old as his front fontale not closed we again checked his D3 tsh and calcium levels and as earlier his levels are normal infact he has 61 vitamin d3 level We consulted three doctors and all examined and told to wait so that fontale may close over time but we are still worried..his milestone were achieved normal in all stages ..without his preterm buffer time..he is very active child ..even though he is just 24months old he talks in sentences and started singing and buliding stories and shows a good reasoning ability... Whether we should wait for fontale to close normally or should consult other doctors?? We are really worried..

My baby age is 2.5yrs. dr prescribed him zentel suspension syrup for deworming. He prescribed 10ml as single dose and repeat it after 7days. Is it safe to take 10ml a total file as a single dose? His weight is 12kg age 2yrs 6months. What is the right time to take this medicine

My baby is of lactose intolerance my paediatrician suggested neosmile lactase drops dosage 5 drops in the morning and 5 drops in night how to resolve it

My daughter was born on 15th Dec 2024. Her birth weight was 2.9 kg. Right now as on 1 month 10 days her weight is 3.7 kg. Is this on the lower end? Her doctor said it's less. She's on formula (aptamil gold) as my milk supply is very less. I do feed her breast milk whatever I get. Pls respond

My baby 14 months old. Birth weight is 3.4 kgs. Present weight is 7.8 kg. He is active reached all milestones. But three days back he is vomited during sleep in the afternoon in sleep itself. Like this happened two times on same day. There after no vomit. In the vomit we seen big curd like things. He is taking buffalo milk no mother milk. To day he is getting hiccups continuously. 30 mins he is playing and getting hicuupss like that each 30 mins he got hiccups. Please help us what we have to do.
