My 7.5 month baby has cold, runny  nose and little temparature. Can I give her dolo drops and maxtra drops. What is the dosage please help me. Any other remedies please suggest

He is 2 month old, past 2 days I have seen very small drop of blood on his cloth nappies even he is having mild fever on 7th of June he had pvc injection still he have mild fever. Kindly advise

Hi My baby girl is 3 months now and she sleeps all through the day without any trouble but at night she doesn't close eye for a second and also she keeps drinking milk and when overfed she puks which comes through nose(that makes me scary). She doesn't suck pacifier. She needs that sucking factor to enjoy her night. Any remedy to stop her from overfeeding. Thanks in advance
