My paediatric has suggested zifi 50 MG Dry syrup for 1 month old baby (2ml twice a day) But it is written on internet that it's not safe for children less than 6 months of age Can you please advice , if it is safe? Thanks

My daughter would be completing almost one year but her sleep pattern is still not set. We would finish her dinner by 8.30 pm and then get her to sleep by 10.30pm after 120 ml of formula feed. My wife usually rocks her to sleep but she will wake up at 12 followed by every hour of waking up. She will then finally get to sleep at 6 am and sleep through 10 am followed by 12 pm and 3 to 4 pm sleep. This is really affecting our health as well. Is there anything that we should change ?
