Child Health Issues

My 1 year and 9 months old boy is doing potty for the last 5days. It is watery stool with mucus. We administered  powergyl suspension 2 doses only but no relief. Potty was 3 times a day then 2 time a day since yesterday it is more frequent. When he sits  on his feet it oozes out small qty of stool. We are administering ors and liquids as possible.his peeing frequency is also reduce d.wat is t b done

My daughter is 5 & half months old. I've recently started solid puréed food for her like fruits. Her stool has sometimes been the usual consistency and sometimes drier than usual and the colour is also different sometimes. Is this normal with introduction of solid food. Should I also start giving her water since I've started giving her purées?

My son is 25 days old.. I give him top feed as well as breast feed.. how much of formula milk should be given in each feed..please advise

My son has swallowed 10 mm magnet ,is it possible that it will be excreted through bowel . He tried to vomit but it didnt come out. Will be visiting docter today.

Hi,my daughter is 4.5years old nd around 15 kg she is complaining of severe itching nd pain in her private part nd near anus also nd going for toilet several time i tried her giving lots of water but her itching nd irritating is not cured plz help me out...

My baby is 5 & a half months old. I recently started with fruit purée for her around 2 weeks back. She was doing ok. Her bowel movements went from once a day to twice a day with the same amount as she used to do once a day. But since the last 2 days I've noticed she has been urinating less than usual and also today one of her bowel movements was very dry (not in the form of pellets but very dry than normal) It's also very hot here. Could this mean she is dehydrated? What can I do if she is. How do I proceed to make her feel better

Hi My 5 month old daughter has white glowing spot in white area of  her right eye in left corner just outside Iris. It's not always noticable. I can make out only in dim light. Enclosing picture which I took from internet and look exactly same glow and area of white glow what my baby has. I am really worried. Want to know is there any serious issue.
