  4. Cough and cold. For doctor immediately.

Cough and cold
My 3year old daughter feeling cough and cold past 3-days. We are giving s-mucolite for cough and Flucold for cold. Today is third day and she is coughing more while sleeping, it's feel like more of mucus and dry cough. Please suggest me what I will do, shell I continue with the same syrup or go for doctor immediately.
