Baby have tight stool

My 3 year old son alway do very tight stool and some time some blood sign seen in stool so please suggest any medicine or something else. What can I do to baby do loose stool?

Medicine can be used for few days but if the problem is chronic, these measures needs to be followed Give him plenty of water to drink Include vegies in his diet Avoid banana apple rice Regular toilet habit - make it a habit for him to sit on the toilet for 15 minutes every day to pass stool, preferably in morni g or after eating something If there is blood in stools there is possibility of Injury in anal canal and he avoids passing stool due to pain associated with it, and the collected stool becomes hard again more difficult to pass, more pain, thus forming a vicious cycle. Get it evaluated.
