Child Health Issues

My 4 year old had cold and cough and headache we took to doc and he said adenoids and need treatment.he already take breathing from mouth than nose.two docs said have to doc surgery.bit one doc suggested delcon plus syrup and mantemac fx and matatop nasal spray for one month and come.i am sending him to school.sometimes he is not active and dull what to do.is it safe for kid to use those syrups for one month

One and half old month baby having crp 70.8 after 2 days of treatment it reduced to 69.7 I was concerned why it didnt reduced even after 2 days of antibiotic treatment

My little gilr is 1.5 years old and she was playing with a cat a stray cat you can say and shee pulled her tail and cat scretch her her on her left side of fave scrtach is 40 mm long no blood nothing but the red line of mark is there she dosent feel pain means she is not reacting on it.. But it ia near toneye , her eye is saved by just 10 mm what should i do ,??/i washed her face with her soap(daffy soap) and applied soframicin what should i do next?

Do u need to be professional for massaging baby.as my baby is 5months I dont know how to massage as I take care of my baby alone .

My baby is suffering with loose motions  morethan a week now, used course but nothing is helping she is not taking any food and water but she is active.

My 6 year old is showing signs to slight breast development and lately I noticed 1 or 2 hair growth in her underarm. I feel these are signs of early puberty. My elder daughter too got her periods at the age of 6. I am worried about how to delay the same. They already are physically very active. I don't know where am I going wrong. Baby is of 3 months he had a poop 3 times within 3hrs. And at last he had green poop. Is it worry some? What care should be taken. And after breastfeeding he is vomiting the milk or having reflux with it. Can I know the exact problem?

My one month old is struggling with acid reflux problem,  after feeding and 3-4 burps, when we lay her down she vomits. A lot of time the milk also comes through the nose during the burps.

My kid is 5 and a half years old. 2 days back she hurt her leg. Today she got bruise( reddish black). I m putting coconut oil. How many days will it take gor the bruise to disappear? Is there any cream to make it disappear? She has no pain.
