Pus from BCG injection area
My daughter is around 3 months old..today morning pus is coming from the bcg injection area and some pain is also there when I accidentally touch there..this is second time pus is coming and also there are some rashes on body parts which are covered I will share the images for reference please guide

Hello ! Clean with sterile cotton and apply t bact ointment thrice daily for 5 days . Maintain Gud hygiene don’t touch tat area repeatedly.
