Milk in wind pipe
Many times in a day it happens that while drinking Brest milk - cradle position - he starts coughing- as milk goes in his wind pipe or something. This often happens when milk flow is high it when he drinks very quickly-What should I do when that happens and how can I avoid that? It's specially scary because u see him not breathe for some seconds while this happens

The aspiration of milk is not a good sign. It is an emergency. As physical examination is not possible over teleconsultation. I recommend you to go to a pediatrician nearby.
