Child Health Issues

Hello, My boy just turned 21months old, he still says words like dada nana baba mama papa Tata and a combination of these words, he sometimes responds to his name, but understands simple instructions like come here, let's go and no. He tries to humm the music of cartoon songs and then sing the same using tata and nana words. He has eye contact with me and communicates well in gestures, he tries to help me by fetching my things like socks when we go out. He also gets jealous if I pick another baby. And tried to show interest in other kids games. He also runs climbs the stairs and eats normally, he weights 11.2kgs and no other issues. Should i worry about any development delay? Or speech delay? Does he need a speech therapist? What can I do to encourage him to talk? Please advise! Thank you in advance!

My 4 years old son is crying a lot not at all stopping even though I and mu husband tries to convince him .He hits his head with his hands whenever we don't buy any toys or food for him. In public also he throws a lot of tantrums until and unless we don't fulfill his demands.He hits himself and scratches his body with his nails.Nowadays it's becoming too much. I and my husband really not able to understand what is actually going on and how to handle him.Please suggest.

Hi, My daughter is 14 months old and is 7kgs. Her birth weight is 2.8kgs. She is very active but does not eat much. She is walking on her own and started talking too and does what ever we do immediately and is very sharp at observing things. Our only concern is she is under weight. Her diet is morning she eats idly or upma as breakfast and kichidi with veggies for lunch and dinner. She does not like to eat fruits but i will manage to feed her atleast small qty. In between she drinks buffalo milk 3 times a day some 100ml each time. Please suggest us something to improve her weight and also is this weight normal or is there anything to worry. We as parents are very confident that baby is doing perfectly fine but relatives and neighbors are saying she is very small and weak. We are very much worried whenever someone says this to us. Please help out Thanks

My son is 3yrs old. As I mentioned  earliest about the condition of my son. He is only passing 1stool in a day but consistency is saucy and having very bad smell Not having fever ,but having little bit of cough and cold. Passing of urine is also normal.

Hi My baby is 14 month old, she got fever after her hair cut(shave), it happened last 3 days ago, now temp is not raised, however she feels uncomfortable, like hesitate to eat food, feeling sleepy, not more active. We notice on the first day temp was 102 and we gave paracetamol then temp got decreased then on night she had again high temp, and we gave her a sponge shower with cold water, and medicine, after that no high temp, but she is not active, but her body and head are hot we can feel in bare hand, please suggest what step we need to do?

My 13 months old fell on steps fench got hurt on head and cheeks near nose. After next day he has fever running nose and become cranky and doesn't eat food. Is that normal. It's been 5 days he fell. Today fever is under control but he is not eating. Crying most the time Pls suggest me what's wrong with him

My baby completed 9 months and weighs 7.5 kg now. How many times can I give him solid food. Everyone around me saying he looks thin can I start formula milk now as I feel milk supply got low and that's the reason for his weight not improving. Kindly Suggest
