Child Health Issues

My baby's birth weight is 4.368 and on day 25 his weight is 4.560...is it ok ...he urinates around 7-10 times a day poops 2-3 times.i am concerned about the weight gain.please suggest me on this

My daughter is 4.5 months old and has been passing loose stool since last 2 days and frothy stool since yesterday afternoon. She is passing 4-5 stools since last couple of days. She is on breastfeeding.  She doesn't seem to be in any discomfort. Pee is not yellow. She seems active only but is sometimes getting tired quickly after playing . Kindly advise.

Hi doc, My daughter has fever since one day and loose stools as well..we visited a nearby pediatrician today evening(18th feb,2025)as per his prescription, she is on following, 1.ORS 2.Necillus 5ml Suspension(twice a day..mrng and night one tube each time) 3.Zedott Baby(Racecadotril Sachet -thrice a day ) 4.Z and D dry powder suspension (1 ml twice a day) I have given all the above prescribed things..but she is having high temperature.Can we give her dolo 250 syrup (6ml)along with all these medications to reduce temperature?We forgot to check with doctor the same.There wont be any side effects if we give dolo along with these ? Please respond Thank you

Please suggest milk power for new born because all the markets available have heavily added sugar I bought nastle they have 45 gm sugar(where 35 gm added) in 100 gm that too high & then I bought lectodex it's still use 28 gram total sugar where 18 gm added sugar Please suggest alternative & better sugar free option for newborn baby and make sure it's affordable also Please help

My 22m baby suddenly has extremely foul smelling poop and it is full of mucus. His voice has also changed suddenly. I am assuming it is sore throat. What medicine cn i give for these symptoms??

My 4 month baby isnt peeing at night at a stretch of 8 hours. Or sometimes just once. In day time her pee count is 6-7 times.
