Child Health Issues

Hi My baby is 7 months old, we are giving him 0.5ml of Vitamin D3 Must ( 400IU) since birth from the brand Mankind Company . Is this quantity sufficient for the requirement of baby or were we giving less dosage to him ? I am worried because the Drops that Dr. recommended is 0.5ml of 800 IU and I was not aware that 400 IU /800 IU has different qunatity. The brand that Dr. prescribed  was not available in our area so we bought D3Must (400IU) and gave that to baby 0.5 ml daily, have we given him less quantity and will it impact his growth? We consult one Dr. recently in our hometown and he recommended 1ml Bevon Drops daily. Should we consume these drops together? What quantity of D3 drops should we give 7month baby now onwards to keep everything in line. Thanks Shobhit Nagpal

My new born baby has low tsh and free t4 levels at border line. Test is done on 4th day. She was born after completing 39 weeks. And also she has jaundice of 13.6 .is the jaundice has anything to do with low tsh. Is it normal? Attaching report

My son is 7 weeks old and has been suffering from a cold for the past 4 days. We are giving him saline drops and crocin as recommended by the doctor. But right now he gets very irritated and is unable to sleep due congestion. He sleeps for sometime during breastfeed but it gets irritated.

My four year old daughter always do activities like flapping her hands continuously, circling around,make creaking sounds with her teeth, also bites and scratch other children should I worry or these activites of her will improve over time?

Is Uprise d3 60K syrup (one 5 ml syrup weekly for 4 weeks) is safe dose for 15 months old kid? Just to make sure we are not overdoing on vit d. Kid is otherwise healthy mostly on home cooked food formula milk just one 300 ml bottle at night.

My son is 4 yrs old and he has taken all vaccine till now. Yesterday he got a minor cut in his little finger and today we have given him 0.5 ml TT injection Now I came to know it was not required so will there be any side effects of it??
