Child Health Issues

My 6 months baby got hit on the head while playing and got little bump . She is active and normal in her behaviour but keep on crying whenever someone try to play with her. Because usually she will be willing to play with everyone. Is this normal or maybe she is in pain ? Bit worried, Expecting reply TIA.

My son fell down and has a cut in his forehead we have stitched the wound in the hospital. The hospital didn't recommend any tetanus shot . Should we ask the doctor to put him a tetanus shot. My son is upto date with his vaccination

Hi doctor, my girl baby is 3 years old, baby having small lymph nodes  on  back neck  on righ side by birth . from yesterday i saw i has been grown to big size . am getting fear about this, went pediatric also done crp and cbr test reports are normal. baby has no pain on this place. is there any issues about this. pls give reply and suggestions. am attaching pic also

My daughter is 18months old and is not talking but babbles random words sometimes and isn't responding to her name while playing most of the times. But she does respond when I call her for snacks. She still hasn't started mimicking us when we try to teach her hi, bye, blow a kiss, peek-a-boo, etc. We went to two bday parties and she started crying right from when we entered. She is scared of new faces. Also I had noticed that she preferred to play by herself exploring the function hall while other kids played in group and danced to music. Is this behaviour normal at her age? What can I do to make her comfortable with other kids and new faces?

He is grinding his teeth not eating food as well, also drooling while asleep should I give him deworming medicine?

My 3 month old baby girl is not taking feed when she is awake despite being hungry also.. she becomes fussy n is very distracted. If i force feed her she cries.. she takes my feed only when is half sleep or in sleep.. even in sleep she isn't feeding properly as she used to do earlier . it has been 5 days now. Her weight is 5.2 kg in 3.5 month n birth weight was .2.81 kg.. I am quite stressed out n dun know what to do. Though her urine pass out is 8 -10 aroun times n she is active as well. Why this is happening?

Why corporate free health check up not eligible for child , app gives error age should be more than 10.

Ambroxol 15 mg+Guaiphenesin 50 mg+Levosalbutamol 0.5 mg It is safe for  a 2.5 year old child. Please suggest does.
