Its been 3 days My 8 month baby swallowed thread but not showing any serious symptons what does this mean. How many days thread will take to come out

My daughter 4.5 years old. 20 kg weight having cold and cough since 10 days. Already giving maxtra syrup 5ml twice daily. And syrup soventus junior 5ml twice daily. And montair lc kids syrup 5ml in night. But no relief. Please suggest some treatment

My 7-year-old daughter experiences mild itching on her back for about 5 minutes after taking a bath. However, she does not feel itchy throughout the rest of the day. During her bath, she occasionally uses soap or applies mustard or coconut oil to her body. After the bath, she applies body lotion. Despite these practices, the itching occurs consistently post-bath. My 8 month old baby had a vaccination of rota 3,pcv 2,Penta 3,opv 3, and one more, then fever raised up to 102f, suddenly she started jerks with first closed and tongue out bitten. And it's happening after the fever is reduced. Is that an issue or any type of seizure.please tell me.
