My daughter is crying since evening that it is paining near her Vagina. I have removed her diaper and applied coconut oil for relief. What could be the problem. She never faced any problem like this before.

A skin specialist recently examined the wound and recommended escharotomy surgery after consulting a pediatric surgeon. So if the surgery is done it will be under local anesthesia or general anesthesia and if it risk for baby pls give suggestions
