Dryness and dry patches on both the shoulder Since 1 week red colour patches

My baby have diagnosed last week with raised crp and weakly positive typhoid.for that 3 days injectables of antibiotics given with fluids...but now he is unable to digest properly...he has loose stools for 3-4 times in a day ...he is doing teething as well and nodding his head again and again...what is treatment for it

We have recently noticed light pink color in my 3.5 months baby girl's diaper for around 2-3 days. Though it has subsided, we got the urine RM examination done and as per the reports pus cells are 2-3/ HPF, epithelial cells are 3-5/ HPF and a few bacilli are present. She has been urinating 6-8 times per day with maximum urination during the day. She has no fever and is feeding properly. Kindly advise is it normal or do we need to consult the paediatrician.
