Child Health Issues

At 6th week my baby has been vaccination via one injection and 2 oral at govt health center bangalore, in the card they mentioned all vaccine has been given Diphtheria, Tetanus, Whooping cough (pertussis), Hepatitis B, and Haemophilus influenzae type B (Hib) PCV Rota (oral) and Opv (oral)  My question is, is that possible all vaccines are combined in single injection, specially PCV?

My son 3 years 1 month fell ill suddenly as soon as he come from school and noticed sevior vomiting and by evening high fever about 103 is seen... Normal paracetamol didn't not even decrease the temperature... Next day after showing to pediatrician also fever is still the same... As per suggest from dr I'm giving ibugesic and fefanil every 4hrs but still no change in temp. For vomiting also medicine is given but no use ... From 2 days my son is living with only water...

My daughter is having lot of tooth pain as her new tooth is coming, she is not able to sleep. Can i give calpol or ibugesic 120 mg to her. She is 6 yrs old, 14 kgs in weight

Started xpressing breast milk to give via bottle to 1 month baby as he was drinking less as per his diet. after 7 days, he is not at all accepting the breast and preferring bottle. How to reattach him ? Tried rubbing milk over nipple for him to get a taste of it, skin to skin. He cries and repels nipple.

The child has had a cold and cough for the past 10 days. Their nose is continuously running, and after sleeping, their eyes appear affected. Please find the attached photo of the baby’s eyes.  We have been using the following medicines for the last five days, but there has been no relief. 1.cefixime oral suspension IP. 2.dextromethorphab hbr,chlorpheniramine maleate and phenylephrine hcl syrup (Torex) 3.paracetamol,phenylephrine hydrochloride and cetirizine dihydropchloride suspension (cheston cold)

My son has undergone surgery,when he was 45 days after birth,surgery was to clear blockage of urine in left side,it was clear on that time. But now report showing that mild hydrouteronephrosis in right side Below the report given in image as 3 year before report and current report.

Today I observed that my son has some swelling on the left side of penis. There is no discomfort or irritation or pain, just a swelling. We had applied mustard oil on it in order to maintain the cleanliness. Please advice what is this. I am attaching the photo of it.

Can I give Dabur Tulsi drops to my 6-year-old? The box says 5–10 drops for adults, three times a day, but there’s no mention of children. If it's safe, what would be the right dose? Also, are there any side effects from long-term use or overdose?
