How many hours does 4.5 month old baby goes without feeding during day,like my baby sometimes feed every 4-5 hr is that normal? She is totally on breastfeed

Good noon doctor, my daughter is 18months old weight 9kg has cold from past 2weeks given sinarest but still no improvement nearest pediatrician suggested to increase dose of calpol for fever and for cold sinarest still not working its been two weeks continuously shes having cold fever on n off done urine test came normal . Not eating anything from two days not even 1 spoon only on breastmilk she's relying plese help what to give her gave puree form water form not accepting anything is this okay if she dont eat anything for whole day?

Hi I have a 8 months old daughter who is a very light sleeper. She sleeps hardly for 2-2.5 hours in daytime and in night she wakes up every hour. Has to be fed and still wakes up again. I am exhausted and she wales up pretty fresh even without no sleep. Generally babies should be sleeping 9-10 hours uninterrupted at this age. Please help
