Don't worry about whether ragi is hot or cold. If your baby is 6 completed months old then you can start introducing ragi sari or porridge gradually. Yes you can give in Summers. Make a porridge with ragi flour, the consistency is important. It should not be very thin or water nor should it be very thick. It should just slip out of the spoon.
