No need to repeat the dose after 2 weeks unless you see worms in the potty. Dose is not as per weight but as per the age. Above 2 years dose of syrup Albendazole is 10 ml (=400 mg). Please visit a pediatrician

Usually it depends upon which worm type doctor is suspecting ..in case of routine pin worm 2 doses of 400mg is given 14 days apart so yes you can give 10 ml in a second dose irrespective of the weight ...
Next Steps
give the dose at night before sleeping

Hello! There’s nothing to worry about. The dosing of albendazole or Anthelmintics are based of age and not on the weight. For any child between 1-2years, it’s 200mg or 5ml syrup and above 2years it’s 400mg or 10ml. So your doctor was absolutely right in the Dosage. Repeat the same dose of 10ml of that syrup after 7days. Thank you
Next Steps
Give the same dose of 10ml after 7days of the first dose.
Health Tips
Make sure you give the drug at night after a full meal for better absorption.
