My 2 months boy is extremely fussy while breastfeeding. He arches his back and clenches his fists and pushes his legs away from my body. But still he want to be breastfed. He keep doing this which is worrying me a lot. Please reply. I consulted pedia and they said it could be normal.

My 1.5 months old son has been breastfeeding continuously for 5-6 hours on and off in the late evenings. If I dont offer him, he gets mad and fussy. Is it normal? Hi my child is suffering from stomach ace for alst 20 days initially we thought it is normal then visited doc he said he is having constipation and gave medicines which help in stool now after a week he is still having same issue and headaches also yesterday he started facing pain during su-su and with mild fever. We visited doc again he suggested tht there is urin infection. Now he going though test but in night there is 103 fever and gave maftalp but fever is revolving around 101. Pls suggest
