My baby is teething and having fever what medicine to give for in fever? Paracetamol?and sometimes she did loose stool

My daughter has got a DPT injection in 2019 but today also she has a lump in her left thigh, today she is experiencing some pain in that area, is it a matter of concern?

Hello dr, my baby is months old and he does not drink water at all I am trying with a pillar, sippers,  glass, uggu ginne, feed bottle like soo he simply split, pull it away and throw it. I don't know how to offer it even if I flavour the water the same thing happens always. He only drinks breast milk. Plz help me dr how can I make my baby drink water. Is offering only fruit juices ok?

My 7 year old daughters. Lips are always dry and chapped. Sometimes it bleeds. She is drinking enough water and applying vaseline at regular intervals. No fever or any other problems. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
