Doctor has prescribed 2.5ml maxtra drops for 15 months baby. Is it right dosage? Previous doctor prescribed 1.8ml

My 2 months baby girl has suddenly started crying intensely during sleep evening since 4 days.  Crying continues with high intensity for 3 hours. She used to get calm by collicade earlier but despite giving it is not working this time and intense pain again starts after 3 to 4 houurs. We have not seen her crying this bad since her birth. Her stool timings has suddenly changed from. 3 to 4 times in a day to once in 2-3 days. Her stool is not hard and she is on breast milk. She is also having adequate urine. What could be cause of this sudden pain and intense crying.?

Hi sir/madam, My baby girl is 16months old from yesterday onwards she is suffering from cold cough and fever went to hospital doctor suggested meftal p,ectocof,allerone and mega CV . But after using meftal with in a three hours fever is slowly increasing so in between 6hours Gap.. simultaneously can I use paracetamol drops to baby please suggest me how much ml need to give baby weight is 12kgs.
