Child Health Issues

My son is 1.8 yrs old. Ge had cough and one day  fever from last 5 days. Dr adviced us to give moxyzen syrup (amoxicillin 125 mg per 5ml) 3 tine in a day with a cough syrup. He is improving well. But from last 2 to 3 says he had not eaten properly / enough as he had earlier as per his routine. Also stool is semi solid and then watery one time in a day. He had eaten less half as ge gad eaten earlier. We don't understand what to do in this situation. Please suggest any medicine or what process we do in future.

After introducing semi solids to my baby like cerelac, apple puree, mashed banana.. some part of her stool is black. Is this common after introducing solids or any reaction of that food.

My son is 12 weeks old. When he was 5 weeks old he started spitting up milk. My paediatrician prescribed Domstal suspension 1mg/ml. We used to give him Domstal when ever required but not regularly. But his vomiting did not stop. When we went for the 10th week vaccination, our paed increased the dose to 3 times a day. Still now he keeps on spitting up after every feed. But the unique thing since beginning is that he vomits only after breast feeding and not when he is top fed/formula fed. Sometimes he spits milk and sometimes curdish.. Please let me know what to do? And why is it that he vomits only after breast feeding and not after top feeding?

Looking forward for a calcium+vitamin d  supplement for my teenager girl who has been off from milk due to constipation issues.

My baby is one month old and she is having gas/colic. She cries while passing gas. Could you recommend any drops? like colicaid?

Hi sir / mam my 1year 18moths baby girl fell down slightly on the edge of teepay from our sofa while she is dancing on it she got bump on the exactly middle of the head that is little back not completely please help me with this I'm very much worried about her please tell me weather it is ok or some problem like blood clotting in brain ?
