Child Health Issues

Sir I am from Assam my child is 3 years old and he has speech delay problem. I have consulted doctors in Bangalore every one he is ok. I have also done his hearing test everything is fine. They said to admit him in playschool so do I did,but sir my child use to cry all the time he is in the school continuously and vomits. But outside he use to plays with other child nicely. I can't understand what is the problem. It's only 3 days he started going to school

When my child was 1month old he got convulsion and doctor has prescribed him calcimax syrup and my son got treated very well. So my question is that shall I start again giving him the calcimax syrup or not. He drinks Buffalo milk and sometimes he eat chicken soup and egg. So can i give him calcimax syrup please suggest.

My 1 year son is suffering from fever and cold cough for yesterday noon. I have given calpol drops but he is not in relief .please help.

My 1 month old baby has silent reflux and gas. Can using katori and spoon instead of directly breast feeding reduce air intake. Please suggest me so that she gets sound sleep. Even after elevating her bed she doesn't have sound sleep. She vomits rarely. Gets extremely uncomfortable with stuck burp even after half hour of burping in upright position. She sleeps with fully upright but wakes up when kept down either flat or on elevated bed. Can side sleep position help her. If yes which side. When does this problem subside. She cries after feeding sometimes and once her burp is out she cooks down. Again she she cries for burp. Her burp is not so easy to take out even after half an hour. Please help with above questions.

Hello doctor, I have 5 months old baby. I want to feed her expressed milk, so can i use avent bottles if i sterilize everytime using electric sterilizer? Why doctors mostly recommend not to feed using bottles?

Can Wikoryl+alerid+ tixylix syrup given for this symptoms? Or just alerid alone is fine. I haven't given any dose yet.

Hello doctor, i have 5 months old baby. She is on exclusive breastfeeding, I feed her directly. Recent days (last 2 weeks) she is taking feed for very short time, 2-5 mins only each session(earlier it was 15-20 mins) and starts crying loudly. She takes total 8 feeds in a day. If she is sleepy or half asleep she takes the feed properly for 20-25 mins. I have sufficient supply.. Her pee count is 6+ but i have fear her weight gain will be impacted.. Her birth weight was 3.67kg and current weight 6.9kg.. What should i do now please advise.
