Hi,
My baby boy is having iron deficiency he is 18 months old and have 11 kg of waight local pediatric recommend me vitcofol plz tell me the dosage of vitcofol.
My baby don't eat as much as 18 years baby plz recommend me a tonic he also having constipation problem it takes lot of efforts to poo
Plz recommend me a proper diet plan and how to use vitcofol

Give syp orofer xt 5ml omce daily for 1month.
Give plenty of fluids and fibre rich diet for constipation.
Give less milk to avoid constipation.
If the constipation doesnt improve with dietary changes, feel free to consult .
