My baby boy is 20 days old and he stool
My baby boy is 20 days old and he passes sh semi watery stool with gas during and after breastfeed in small portions max 4 times. I have concern my pediatrician, he is telling it's normal and after that he is again hungry. Plz advice

It is normal for babies to pass a motion after every feed for 1st 3 months of life,consistency may vary,and NO,he doesn't become hungry after passing stools.
Maintain regular feeds(2 hours gap),be hygienic.
In case of additional symptom like fever,vomiting,or refusal to feed,rush to your paediatrician.
