Child Health Issues

My daughter is going to be a month of in 2 days. I have been only breastfeeding and not giving anything else to the baby. As per some ritual, the elders want to offer a drop of cow milk to the baby. However doctor had advised earlier, nothing other than breast milk should be given to the baby until 6 months. Is it safe to give a drop of cow milk to the baby now? Please advise.

Daughter treated with kawasaki given IVIG and continue asprin but platlet count increased 12 lac further decreased to 6lac also neutrophils count decreased in range 30- 33and lymphocytes increased in range 55- 65. What I can do

Hello, My daughter is of 4 Months old and had a vaccine(14 weeks) on April 2nd.. Due to lockdown, near my area no hospital is ready to give her vaccine as they say vaccines are put on hold. But my daughter's doctor who gave her the previous week vaccines stays near my mom's place which is 20 kms far from my place, says it is mandatory to take vaccine on time or can be kept on hold for a week or two but his clinic is far from my place and I am not sure if I can travel there during the lockdown period.. Could you please tell me if we can hold the vaccine until the lockdown is complete? any other suggestion would be appreciated Thanks Much!!
