Urine and kidney issue
He has urine and kidney issue , he do pee by katheter. And know he has fever 101,102,103 and dr. Said to do a test for kidney scanning but in this fever how we do .. please help me out. I am sending a report by image I have one more report of MCU in PDF format

As I see it the child already has a USG and a MCU done revealing Bil.Grade V vesicoureteric reflux. A DMSA needs to be done which is not done in the acute phase as the child is having fever most probably due to UTI that needs to be treated.Also stay in touch with a Pediatric Surgeon .

You already have an usg and MCU ..
guideline says... DMSA scan is not done during active infection...

The scan you are talking about is DMSA scan
It's not done immediately after diagnosis... ideally after 2-3 months of diagnosis.
So no need to that now

Firstly child is having B/l Grade V , VUR for which you have to be conscious also need follow up with Ped Surgeon
He need prophylaxis with Meds
Fever can come in this child because of Urine infection
We need to get the test done
