Regurgitation of feeds is very common in infants especially below 6 months when they are on liquit diet( milk). This is mostly physiological because of normal structural differences of baby's gut compared to older children.      If the baby is gaining weight normally and taking feeds regularly you need not worry for small amounts of milk with curd like precipitates that are being vomited
Next Steps
No medication is needed. Positioning after feeding is important. Donot immediately keep the baby in lyingdown position. Lay over shoulder for about 20 and do burping . Try to give small and frequent feeds
Health Tips
whenever you see baby vomiting in lying down position,  immediately turn baby to its left or take over the shoulder to prevent aspiration
