Cow milk for 5 n half month old
My son is 5 and half month old. He is on formula(prenan). Can i switch him to packaged cow milk now? .. What should be the peocess..what else i can give him except milk. What things i need to keep in mind. Please guide.

Better avoid cow milk till 1 yr of age...start complementary feeding after 6 mnths of age
