Feeding cow milk to 1 year old

Dear Doctors, Can we feed cow milk to our 1 year old son? If so then how much quantity per day? Do we need to dilute it? Do we need to add something to the milk? Any other suggestions?

Cow milk might cause allergies in some kids if having bloating, constipation , abdominal distension, blood in stools, then stop immediately , and give buffalo’s milk or toned milk
