Baby stops having breast milk
Our child is 0ne month old , we gave him lactogen ( referral by our family member's paediatric Doctor) for one day because blood has come from my wife's breast due to use of breast pump. Our baby was having regular breastfeed. But after that day he stops having breast milk
And seems sleepy and cranky.
Even he is farting n his stool was thick .
What to do, our doctor said if he is not having proper breast feed then we need to keep him for observation
Please reply ASAP

If the baby has stopped taking breast milk, it can be a sign of sepsis. Get your baby examined by a pediatrician asap.

If Mother can feed from the other breast which is normal that would be the best solution. There are few more things which would be needed to guide you.
