Child Health Issues

My baby is 10 days old and her poop is yellow in  color somewhat watery that stains the nappies. She poops 4-5 times a day. Is this normal? I m breastfeeding her and also gives formula milk sometimes. My gynaec has prescribed her multivitamins 6 drops twice daily and calcium 2.5 ml twice daily. Kindly help.

I am giving my 6 yr kid weight 17 kg, zincovit CL from last 3 months and continuing now also because of the current time of pandemic. How long can we give zincovit CL considering its any side effects?But I see that it does not contain vitamin d in it. What else to be given for the vitamin d part?Thanks

My daughter is not keeping well. She is having moderate fever from 3 days (body temperature ranging from 36.4 to 37.6 C) and mild cold. Today she has 36.4 fever but her head feels very hot. She is active though and having her meal properly. But she doesn't sleep properly. So do I have to consult doctor. Also, is it because of teething she is having fever?

Hi! My son is 2.9yrs he had fever 102f last night and during this he had a sudden scary jurk 4 to 5 times and during 6th time the jurk was extream. We had consulted doctor he took blood, urine and stool test and told it's gastrointestinal infection. But I am question doctor why he had this jurk? Which was for the first time for upto 6 times. Is it safe to give Perinorm to a 5 months old baby? Baby is throwing out milk even after burping 2/3 times due to which unable to sleep calmly. The moment baby is put in lying down position starts crying.

Hi doctor, my son is now 18 months. He is little under weight. When we visited doctor, she prescribed Orovit 5ml and Laktrum 1 spoon in the bottle daily (5 months before). His main problem is he can't eat solid food. He will chew but can't swallow. Hence we are giving grinding food. Semi solid. Food is finger millet mixed with all pulses and rice, dal and vegetables. Past 2 days he is not at all eating properly. We tried a lot but not. He don't want to eat idli, dosa roti puri not even biscuit or fruits ( cut piece or puree) and 3 times milk in a day. How long it will take him to have normal chewing and swallowing food. Any medicine that makes him hungr buny. We have not visited doctor because of current situation. Please suggest me for his weight gain and feel hungry. He is very active. Thank you for your valuable service.

My nephew is 2 and half years old. A day before yesterday I've noticed a tiny little acne like bump on his face so neglected it considering mosquitoe bite. Probably it was itchy so he scratched it in sleep. And yesterday it started getting spread on nose, upper corner of forhead in a group of bumps, 1 inside nostril and 1 inside mouth. 1 or 2 around mouth and upperlip. It is spreading widely now. *Please look into the attachments.* However there are no such observations on hands, palm, feet,sole or buttocks. Kindly help! Thank you!
