My 13 months old baby boy is not eating food and not even drinking milk (Buffalo milk) And crying a lot in the middle of the nights Can u please suggest us regarding this What the problem with my baby

My son 5.5 month old exclusively breastfeeded till 4.5 month. After 4.5 i have started daal water to him. Since past one week after his recovery from diaper rashes he is looking skinny and loss of weight. Although he is eating and feeding well no issues with that. Also playing and rolling over. His birth weight was 2935 gms and after 4.5 months 6800 gms. Is it possible that he will loose weight? I am assuming by only picking him in arms.
