Child Health Issues

My son is having cold since last 10 days.i have been giving montair 4mg tablet once at night as prescribed by doctor also steam inhalation but it not working..At night he he difficulty sleeping and opens his mouth and tries to breathe ..He doesn't have cough...In day he has nose itching and little runny nose.

My daughter is 20 months old her weight is 10 kg and she is not eating food properly always want to eat sweets and snack items so suggest me some syrup to increase her appetite to eat properly

Hello, my bby is three months old weights 5.3kg. Due to medical reason i m not breast feeding him. He drinks only aptamil formula milk. Problem is, it is getting over in three to four days itself. It is very expensive. We r feeling difficult to afford. Kindly help us, wat can we feed him along with aptamil? Like cerelac or any addon supplement.

One week back she got fever we consult the dr .dr given 6types of the medicines she taken medicines 3.5days actualy dr given for 5days(fever gone so I stoped given medicine )again today she got fever what can I do it's covid situation we are unable to move out much

Hi, Today morning my daughter woke up with her right eye swollen. And later I saw some rash/scratches on her eye lid. When she slept their was nothing and she woke up with this. I dnt know it could be... A scratch or any mosquito... I can't make out. How do I treat it? Image attached with the msg.

My baby girl one year old. While playing she poured vim liquid diluted in her eyes. She cried a lot. We washed her eyes. We also went to doctor. She told the redness will go slowly. If any dirt or the redness increase pls go to hospital. We r much concerned. Pls guide

Hello, wich formula milk is closest to breast milk? Dexolac or dexolac premium is better. Due to some medical reasons i m not breast feeding.
