Continue the use of tedibar soap.
Apply nappyrash(pigeon/sebamed/softsens)cream dab a fingertip thrice daily
Apply zole f cream thrice daily
Keep the area open and clean
Avoid use of diapers till the intensity decreases
The treatment takes 5-7 days to show improvement.
