Suffering from fever
2.5 years kid suffering from loose stools .Stool controlled with in a day but fever maintaining at 99-100F , offloxcin and paracitmol being used, I'd it fine .fever still not controlled , today is 3rd day

My daughter is 8 yrs old and she is having fewer since yesterday evening. I gave her crocin and fewer went down but again in morning she got a fewer ( 100 deg ) and now she is having sore throat as well as she is feeling cold.
We don't have any covid history. She don't go outside so no contact with covid patient.

A total thyroid full test is conducted on him and found tsh below lower level 0.80.
What is the effect of it on baby.
Is there any cure for it.
