Vomiting and loose motions

Asked for Male, 39 Years

My 6yrs old son is vomiting and having loose motions from last 2 days I think he might have ate something wrong or anything like that...we gave him meftal spas 5ml once a day and enterogermina 5ml a day, but still he is vomiting. Pls suggest

Give emset syp 5ml three times.. Keep you son hydrated by giving plenty of oral liquids.. Continue enterigermina liquid
