Rashed around mouth area

Hello Sir/Mam, I have a baby boy of 7 months. He is having rashes around mouth area since 1 month and his lips are becoming more dry. My pediatrician advised me to use HH ZOLE cream , but after using this baby skin including lips are becoming flaking. Please suggest what should I do ?
