Daughter unwell
My daughter has runny nose, cough and temperature. At 3.30pm it was 100.3. after one dose of crocin syrup, temperature decreased to 98.3 till 5pm. Now no fever but she is coughing continuously. Please guide.

You can give paracetamol 6 hrly for fever
Syr cetrizine for cold
Syr Ascoril LS for cough
