Monitor baby's weight, if weight gain is good then dont worry about vomit... Burp for 15mins after feed which will reduce vomit.. Instill nasal saline drops as gurgling sound is due to nasal block...
Next Steps
give digestive drops...

Babies may vomit after feed because of reflux problem if baby is gaining weight adequately then no need to worry, should do burping properly after every feed and baby need to be kept on the bed with head end up by 15-20 degrees from bed. If baby is not feeding and having noisy breathing then need detailed history so please consult online
