7 years healthy girl daily temperature frachulate in morning 98.3and evening 99.4 is it normal ya koi serious problems ho Sakti hsi

My son is having fever and he is one year old and he is not eating anything but he takes aptamil milk only, can I continue that and is there other option for feeding as he do not take breatmilk also.

My daughter born on 11th Aug 2020. She was in NICU on 3rd and 4th Day for a Phototherapy as the Billirubin Level was high 18+ She was discharged from Hospital on Last Sunday. Hlo doctor, my baby is 48 days old. She cried a lot after breastfeeding. After sometime she releases gas and some poo followed by gas. The sound of gas seems to be louder than normal. My son is 2,8 year, he have speech delay max 10 words..he understands every thing. All alphabet all number..all command everything he do.. But don't speak..he uses sign language don't know how he learned that we try to discourage sign language.. can u pls help or suggest what we can do.. current situation we can't send him school.. whatever we can do in at home only..

I HV 4 months old baby as there was bit less breast milk production in last month is used lactare granules for 2 weeks.it worked well for me in increasing milk production. Can I continue using lactare ? How long can I use this milk? Plz advise
