कल से सिर पहले गरम होता है फिर बुखार

मेरा बेटा अभी 5 महीने का है। कल से सिर पहले गरम होता है फिर बुखार हो जाता है। Sumol drops, 12 drops 100 fever होने पर दे रहे हैं। बुखार उतर कर फिर चढ़ जा रहा है। दूध पिलाने के बाद दवा पिलाने पर उल्टी कर दे रहा है। बाकि कोई बात नहीं है।

Babies usually tend to vomit syrup if given immediately after feed.. Can give syrup first and then after sometime
if the baby is feeding well and active, can continue paracetamol 6 hourly for 2 days
