My son is 1 year old , he is having fever 102 and has vomitted everything he ate in afternoon. During noon he was all ok but suddenly after having sleep he was having fever and vomiting, please suggest what should I do?

Indirect bilirubin value 3.38mg/dl, baby is 20 days old.and weighs arround3.7kg .. what is the issue any advice to take care

Dear Doctor My son 3yrs old now.  we observed twice from yesterday that he streached both legs, hands and tighteen his teeth for a min and cried and woke up from a afternoon nap. Doctor pls suggest what could be the reason. Because a month earlier to this he had febrile seizure due to high grade fever.

Hi Doctor, We have 9 months baby, we done with PCV 1 and 2 at the right time (6 weeks and 10 weeks respectively) but we have missed PCV 3. Right now he is 9 months old. Can we give PCV 3 now Thanks in Advance

Since yesterday she is doing potty 4-5 times, yesterday she did 5 times and today till now she has done 4 times.

For my baby 5th month has started.but still he dint roll over.he dint reach his milestone but other playing activities are good and taking feed also.but he s not rolling over. Second issue is he is straining alot for past one week once after I feed him.even after he passes motion he is straining but not all time while playing he is not doing like that..but he does when he start drinking milk.. Pls guide me.am a new mom.

My daughter is 2 years old, from 14 Aug she is having nausea and vomit at night only, she is fine and active in day time. There is no other symptoms like fever etc but she is not eating anything except mother's milk. from 16 aug, we stared syp ondem 5ml twice a day and syp ranidop pd 2ml twice a day. On 17th we gave iron syp also, on 17th and 18th she had loose motion also 3 times in a day, doctor prescribed syp zifi (50mg/5ml) 1ml twice a day and darolac Z sachet and stopped icon syp. Loose motion is settled down now, but she is still having nausea and vomit at her sleep and on night only. 1. My question is what could be a cause of nausea and vomit and why it is happening only in night? 2. She is not taking enough food, what should we give her to eat?

My 4 months old baby wakes up every half an hour in night for feeding which is very difficult for me to take rest.He is sleeping for only 3-4 hrs in daytime and playing all the time.He smiles ,plays,rolls over every other thing seems to be normal but not sleep.What can I do for this? His weight is also normal.

Since one week my daughter who is 5.5 years of age weighing approx 16 kg has developed an urge to urinate frequently during the daytime. Nights seem to go away without much urinating. She urinates more frequently after 5 pm in the evening till the time she sleeps at night. To rule out the possibility of urine infection, we carried out a URINE ROUTINE test and the report was normal. We confirmed the same with general physicians and they advised us to give more fluids to the child. There has also been a change in weather for the past fifteen days since its raining a lot. Thought to take advice of doctors through this app. Please give suggestions. Thanks a lot in advance.
