Tested positive for COVID
Hi Dr, I have tested COVID  positive on 29th September had fever from 26-27th since then no fever or other symtoo. My son also had fever from 28th to 29th around 99.6-100.4 he is also fine for last 4 days. Dr has recommended to add zinz syrup and fruit zuice we already give him d3 and multivitamin drop daily . On 30th tested all my family member everyone is COVId positive so we are considering his same. Any precaution we I should take.

First of all covid in children is mild, dont worry if fever is mild

You son had fever for 2 days , so very likely he is also COVID positive.
Next Steps
Everyone at home too wear mask, proper hand wash .

Continue multivitamins and Zinc. Usually Covid in children is mild, so do not worry. Check O2 level of all your family members in regular intervals.
