My 11 year old is saying pelvis pain from yesterday and he is unable to walk properly.its a stinging pain

My 5 years old son is suffering from cold and runny nose since 2 days ,doctor prescribed a xyzal syrup 5ml once a day to continue for three days,but there is little improvement in cold till now but my son have a suffering from congestion cough too.please prescribed some medicine along with dosage and till when we have to give the medicine

Which and how many tablet should be given to 13 yr old for acidity? Can Pepcia D be given, if yes how much a day to 13 yr old???

8 year old son Has blocked and slightly running nose from 1 week. No fever.. No chest cough.. have given nasal drops morning and evening 2 drops each nostril...but no improvement.

Hi, my daughter is 2 years old, she is not taking any food except mother's milk from last 5-6 days. From last three days she is having nausea and vomit in her sleep and only in midnight and after vomit she sleeps well. She were fine in day time and there was no any other symptoms like fever, cry etc. yesterday my doctor suggested to have Syp ondem 5 ml twice a day & Syp ranidom PD 2 ml twice a day For five days. We gave this to her last night and today morning and after this she took half chapati today in lunch but after that she developed loose motion 4 times til now still no other symptoms and fever. We also gave her iron syrup to her in the morning. What could be reason of night nausea and vomit? What should we give her for loose motion and this nausea? Should we continue the dose I mentioned above? Thanks in advance.

My daughter is 252 pounds and is only 14 and is 5 foot 3. I need help all she does is eat food and watch tv, her weight is going up I weighed her a week ago and she was 245 pounds she gained that much I need help. He does fit into a lot of clothes arguments happen because I won't give her more food I don't know what to do her weight is blooming.
